Production of CC chemokines by DCs and CD4⁺ T cells. DCs and CD4⁺ T cells were cocultured with or without TSST1 (Sag) for 24 hours. FACS analysis was performed to detect intracellular chemokine production (CCL3, 4, and 5) in DCs gated on CD1a expression and CD4⁺ T cells gated on CD4 expression.
