Images were captured using Evolution QEi camera (MediaCybernetics, Houston, TX) and Phase 3 ImagePro software (Imaging Systems, Bridgewater, NJ) and further processed using Adobe Photoshop CS v8.0 (Adobe Systems, San Jose, CA).
