AQX-016A inhibits inflammation in a mouse model endotoxemia. (A) Mice were administered 20 mg/kg AQX-016A or 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone orally 30 minutes prior to an intraperitoneal injection of 2 mg/kg LPS.
