Effect of dexamethasone on 12(S)-HETE production produced by patient IgG (Pt IgG), Ca2+ ionophore A23187, PMA, or arachidonic acid (AA). Gel-filtered platelets were incubated in the absence or presence of 3.2 μM dexamethasone (dex) for 240 minutes at 37°C.
