(A) Lysates prepared from thymus or lymph node cells were run out on 10% polyacrylamide electrophoresis (PAGE) gels, transferred to nitrocellulose membranes, and then immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies. (B) Q-PCR analyses of Socs3 gene expression was performed on cDNA derived from total RNA prepared from thymocytes.
