Patients with STAG2 mutations and low STAG2 expression cluster show a unique expression profile and cluster separately from patients with WT STAG2 and high expression. (B) Cohesin complex expression in STAG2 (i), RAD21 (ii), and SMC3 (iii) low expressors. Within each group of cohesin low expressors, the entire cohesin family gene complex has similarly decreased expression.
