NgBR MOs have no effects on the early development. Whole-mount in situ staining of etsrp at 14 hpf, gata1 at 18 hpf, flk1 at 16 hpf, and myod at 24 hpf were performed to examine the effects of NgBR MOs on the developments of angioblast (etsrp), hematopoietic progenitor cells (gata1), early vasculature development (flk1), and somite formation (myod).
