Recurrent AA changes among subcloned sequences were observed in certain codons throughout the VH domain (IMGT unique codon numbering); such changes could be considered as “stereotyped,” in the sense that different cases could share the same AA in several subcloned sequences. AAs are represented by a single-letter code. The number of subcloned sequences containing a certain AA is indicated after the single-letter code for each AA.
