Bzb increases TCF transcriptional activity in OBs and MSCs. C2C12 (A,F), C3H10T1/2 (B), MG63 (C), Saos-2 (D), and MSC from MM (E) were plated in 12-well plates and transiently cotransfected with 0.5 μg TOPflash and 50 ng pSV-β-galactosidase vector. The cells were treated with indicated concentrations of Bzb (A-E) or indicated concentration of MG132 (F) for 24 hours.
