Figure 5. NKp80 stimulates effector functions of CD8 T cells. (A,B) CD8+ cells were purified from a healthy donor and stimulated for 6 hours with mixtures of immobilized anti-CD3 mAb OKT3 and anti-NKp80 mAb 5D12 or anti-CD3 and control IgG1, and subsequently analyzed for (A) CD107a and (B) intracellular IFN-γ expression. TN, TCM, TEM, and TEMRA were separately evaluated by gating on CD3 and appropriate CD45RA/CCR7 phenotypes. Means and standard deviations of triplicates are shown. Similar results were obtained with CD8+ cells from 2 other donors (data not shown).
