This patient with AML showed a strong immune response for the PRAME-P3 peptide in ELISPOT analysis for IFN-γ (A) and granzyme B (B). No immune responses were observed for the other PRAME-derived peptides tested (P1, P2, P4) when compared with the cross-priming experiment against an irrelevant peptide (MAGE3).
