Median CD95 expression on T-cell subsets with the use of 3- and 4-color labeling.

(A) Median value of CD95 fluorescence with the use of 3-color labeling on CD57⁺ and CD57⁻ subsets of various expanded and nonexpanded TCRV_β⁺ subsets from 2 MM patients (patients A and B) performed on the same day (P < .0001, Mann-Whitney test, and Table 2). The staining pattern is representative of the results found in 12 MM patients examined. (B) Median CD95 expression on T cells of 5 MM patients (patients A through E) with the use of 4-color labeling. The CD57⁺ and CD57⁻ subsets in either the CD4⁺ or the CD8⁺ subpopulations of the TCRV_β⁺ subpopulations are significantly different (P < .0001, Mann-Whitney test).
