The proliferative index measured by the percentage of cells within S phase of expanded TCRV_β⁺ T cells in MM patients (far left column) and compared with that of the total CD8⁺ or total CD4⁺ T cells in MM patients (second and third columns from left) and normal controls (NCs, fourth and fifth columns from left). No significant difference was found among the groups (one-way analysis of variance [ANOVA],P = .84).
