rNef treatment of MDMs induces Ser727 phosphorylation of STAT1.

Western blot analysis of phosphoserine-STAT1, STAT1, and β-tubulin levels performed on total MDM extracts from 2 healthy donors after treatment for 2 or 5 hours with 100 ng/mL rNef. Analysis on control cell cultures was performed on cells collected concurrently with the later time point considered for treated cells. Specific signals are indicated on the left side; molecular size markers (in kilodaltons) are reported on the right. Analyses on MDMs from 2 different donors are reported.
