STAT5 is not activated on rNef treatment of human MDMs.

Phosphotyrosine-STAT5, STAT5, and β-tubulin amounts detected through Western blots performed on total cell extracts of MDMs treated for 2 hours with medium complemented with 100 ng/mL rNef. As controls, analyses of total cell extracts from PBLs nonstimulated or PHA activated and treated for 30 minutes with IL-2 are included.
