A total of 10,000 DR+ cells were incubated in serum-free medium for 96 hours with or without addition of breakpoint-specific and control ODNs. Cells were then incubated with anti-β1 integrin antibodies or control mouse antibodies for 30 minutes followed by incubation with goat antimouse antibodies for 4 hours. Proliferation of CFC with or without antibody treatment was assessed using thymidine suicide assays. Results represent the mean ± SEM for four separate experiments.
