Anti–BCR-ABL AS-ODNs restore CML CFC adhesion to stroma or fibronectin. A total of 10,000 DR⁺ cells were incubated in serum-free medium with or without breakpoint-specific and control ODNs after which their adhesion to BSA (A); stromal-adherent layers (B); FN 75-kD (C); and FN 33-66-kD (D) coated wells was evaluated as described in the text.
