The level of ampho R mRNA in the HSC-enriched Lin− CD34+ CD38− fraction from frozen cord blood is significantly increased (P < .005) over the level of ampho R mRNA in the HSC-enriched Lin− CD34+ CD38−fraction from fresh cord blood (see Table 2).
