Presentation of TT to autologous T cells. DCs generated in the presence of GM-CSF and IL-4 were cultured at 10⁴ cells/well with 10⁵ autologous highly purified T cells. The cultures were set up in the presence of increasing amounts of TT and T-cell proliferation was monitored by ³H-TdR uptake on day 6. Backgrounds caused by autologous MLR were substracted. The data are representative of two experiments performed with DCs and T cells from two patients with MM.
