(B) PMA treatment stimulates the dephosphorylation of cdk2. U937 cells were treated with PMA for the indicated times and labeled with [32P]orthophosphate. Cell lysates containing equivalent cpm were immunoprecipitated with anti-cdk2 antibody. Proteins present in the cdk2 immunoprecipitates were resolved by SDS-PAGE and visualized by autoradiography.
