Incubation of HUVEC with fibrin was performed for 4 hours. Fibrin concentrations 0, 0.003, 0.01, 0.03, 0.1, 0.3, and 1.0 mg/mL were on lanes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, respectively. A sample from LPS-treated HUVEC was used as a positive control (lane 8). RNA from thrombin treated cells was run as control (lane 9).
