Data collected from 200,000 bone marrow cells was used to show the BCL-2 expression in Lin^neg/lo and Lin^neg hematopoietic stem cell populations. Gray histograms show staining for the human BCL-2 protein in wild-type cells, the bold lines depict staining in H2K-BCL-2 transgenic cells. A representative experiment out of three is shown.
