Comparison of FITC-dextran endocytosis by DC obtained in X-VIVO 15 and in RPMI-10% FCS. DC generated after 5 days of culture in RPMI-10 % FCS (A) or in X-VIVO 15 medium (B) supplemented with GM-CSF and IL-13 or GM-CSF and IL-4 were incubated for various lengths of time in medium containing 1 mg/mL of FITC-dextran and fluorescence was analyzed by flow cytometry after extensive washing.
