Cells were serum-starved overnight (in 1% BSA with RPMI) and seeded in a 96-well plate (3000 cell/well). Cells were treated with three different concentrations of IFNα (0, 3,000, and 30,000 U/mL) for 4 days and cell proliferation was determined.
