Fig. 7. Hyperphosphorylated p32/p30 are major novel proteins in SHP-1-C immunocomplexes. Cell lysates were prepared from approximately 1 × 108 D/V or D/C cells and incubated with anti-KT3 antibody. Immunocomplexes were separated in a 10% SDS-PAGE gel in duplicates with 90% of the immunocomplexes loaded in lanes 1 and 2 and about 0.1% in lanes 3 and 4. Samples in lanes 1 and 2 were detected by direct staining with Coomassie Blue R-250 and those in lanes 3 and 4 were detected by Western blotting with an anti-ptyr antibody. The positions of p32/p30, p48, p26, IgH/IgL, and protein size markers (M) are indicated.
