Subset dependent ODN uptake into primary blood-derived mononuclear cells. Cells were incubated for 2 hours with 0.3 μmol/L FITC-labeled ODN complexed to DOTAP and stained with the indicated PE-conjugated lineage-specific antibodies before FACS-analysis. Cells were analyzed after gating on the lineage-specific antibody staining. The background fluorescence with an isotype-specific control antibody is shown in the first dot blot.
