Lymphoma cell lines were incubated with Lym-2 or mIgG1 with immobilization by prior coating plates by goat-antimouse IgG1. Three days later, effects on growth were evaluated by incorporation of [3H]-thymidine. Soluble Lym-2 exerted no effect on proliferation of these lymphoma cell lines (data not shown).
