Frequency of allelic loss on individual chromosomal arms in CML. Data from each marker were combined showing any allelic loss on that arm divided by the total number of informative cases. Frequent allelic loss was observed on chromosome arms 1p (35%), 7p (21%), 19p (20%), and 20q (29%).
