Survival of donor-specific skin grafts in 2C_F1 transgenic mice given DST on the day of transplantation. 2C_F1 transgenic mice (n = 6) were injected IV with splenocytes from BYJ (L^d+). On the same day of the injection, each mouse was given skin grafts from BYJ (▪) and SJL (•). The grafts were monitored and scored after skin transplantation for more than 120 days.
