Kinetics of PMA-induced VEGF secretion in human adherent neutrophils. Neutrophils (10⁷/mL) were incubated with 50 ng/mL of PMA for the indicated periods of times at 37°C. Secreted VEGF was assessed by a specific ELISA. Each point represents the mean ± SEM of at least three different determinations.
