Immunoprecipitates were run on 5% (A) and 10% (B) polyacrylamide gels under nonreducing (A-2 and A-3) and reducing conditions (B-2). Untransfected CHO cell immunoprecipitates served as negative controls (A-1 and B-1). Lane A-2 depicts a three-band heterogeneous hexamere, heptamere, and octamere profile observed under nonreducing conditions in a biosynthetic labeling experiment from a bulk of transfected cells before final cloning of cells.
