Relationship between the protein amount adhering to the glass and the protein concentration of the incubation solution. ¹²⁵I-vWF (A) and ¹²⁵I-collagen (B) solutions of various concentrations were incubated with native glass (▪), ethanol-washed glass (▵), and siliconized glass (○) slides, and the amount of the adsorbed protein on the glass surfaces was calculated from the radioactivity.
