(B) Time-course. Cells were stimulated with 0.1 ng/mL of bryo-1 for the times specified. Total RNA was isolated and Northern blot analysis was performed as described in Materials and Methods. The blots were sequentially hybridized with the cDNAs for the indicated cytokines. GAPDH levels were determined to control that equal amounts of RNA were loaded in each lane.
