Representative data of three-color analysis of three AML cells. Cells were stained with anti-Fas–FITC, anti-CD38–PE, and anti-CD34–PE-Cy5. The left side shows a two-dimensional picture of CD34 and CD38. Electric gates were set to contain CD34⁻ (R), CD34⁺/CD38⁺ (S) and CD34⁺/CD38^± (T) cells. On the right, the histograms showing Fas expression on the three gated populations are presented.
