Gel analysis of eluates from Affi-Gel Blue columns. Equivalent amounts of media transfected with pSG5-RSA (RSA), pSG5-HLA (HLA), or pSG5 (CON), and metabolically labeled with ³⁵S-Met and -Cys were chromatographed on separate Affi-Gel Blue minicolumns. Bound material was eluted with the salt concentrations shown below the lanes, and resolved by SDS-PAGE followed by fluorography and autoradiography.
