Dose-dependent induction of CD95 expression on CD34⁺ cells derived from BM of CML patients. Total BM cells were cultured in the presence of various concentrations of IFN-α for 48 hours, and stained with PE-conjugated CD34 and FITC-conjugated CD95 MoAb.
