Transplantation of activated γδ T cells does not result in clinically significant GVHD in long-term chimeras. Irradiated (800 cGy) AKR mice were transplanted with 10 × 10⁶ TCD B6129 BM alone (n = 3, □) or TCD B6129 BM plus 160 × 10⁶ activated γδ T cells (from β⁰ donors, B6129 background) with or without 2.5 × 10⁴ naive αβ T cells (n = 7, •).
