Lec-EGF was captured in the indicated wells at a density of 2,780 sites/μm2. Neutrophils preincubated in the presence or absence of the anti–PSGL-1 MoAbs PL1 or PL2 were then added to the wells. Adhesion under static conditions was measured as described in the Materials and Methods. The data represent the mean ± SD of triplicate determinations.
