Analysis of c-Fos protein performed in Jurkat cells by indirect immunofluorescence and revealed by confocal microscopy. The presence of c-Fos was evaluated in 24-hour serum–starved cells before (A) and after a 45-minute treatment with 15% FCS (B) or Tat plus 15% FCS (C).
