Southern blot analysis of IgH chain rearrangements in five cases of IgA and/or IgG CLLs. DNAs were digested with EcoRI and BamHI restriction endonucleases and probed with J_H and Cμ. The migration of germline (GL) DNA as well as molecular-weight markers are indicated.
