Agarose gel electrophoresis (A) and autoradiography (B) of Southern blot of 15-PGDH RT-PCR products from total RNA extracted from neonatal monocytes as described in the Materials and Methods. RT-PCR using primers 15-PGDH primers P27 and P850 was performed on total RNA from unstimulated and 1,25-(OH)₂D₃ –stimulated cells after 1 week (lanes 1 and 2), 2 weeks (lanes 3 and 4), and 3 weeks of culture (lanes 5 and 6).
