GABP cooperates with c-Myb and C/EBPα to activate mNE transcription. NIH 3T3 cells were transfected with 3 μg pNE(Δ-91)LUC (□) or pNE(Δ-79)LUC (▩) and 0.25 μg pCAT-Control as an internal control for transfection efficiency. Where indicated, cells were cotransfected with pCAGGS-GABPα and pCAGGS-GABPβ (0.1 μg each) or pCAGGS empty vector, pMSV-C/EBPα (0.04 μg), and pCMV-Myb (0.5 μg).
