PMN were first incubated for 24 hours in the presence of GM-CSF/IFN-γ (50 U/mL), and then added to wells of a 96-well plate at concentrations of 0, 1.25, or 2.5 × 105 cells/well. TT-specific T cells were than added, and the Ag presentation assay performed as described in Materials and Methods. [3H]TdR uptake was measured at 72 to 96 hours.
