H₂O₂ production in macrophages generated from monocytes cultured with M-CSF + IL-10 or M-CSF alone. Macrophages (5 × 10⁵) generated from monocytes cultured with M-CSF (50 ng/mL) or M-CSF + IL-10 (25 ng/mL) were washed with PBS, then stimulated by zymosan (1 mg/mL) in the presence or absence of IL-10. The cellular release of H₂O₂ was detected as described in Materials and Methods. Data are expressed as the mean of triplicate wells (+SD) from representative experiment of three performed.
