Nuclear extracts from Mono Mac 6 cells cross-linked with an anti-15 MoAb (PM81, 10 μg/mL) for varying time periods were incubated with 32P-labeled oligonucleotide binding sites for AP-1, NF-κB, or SP-1. Binding of specific nuclear proteins was detected by a shift in electrophoretic mobility. Cross-linking CD15 increased AP-1, while only minimally effecting NF-κB and SP-1.
