FOXO3A-induced growth arrest correlates with upregulation of antiproliferative FOXO target genes. cHL cell lines stably expressing FOXO3(A3)ER (F3ER) or EV were treated with 200 nM 4-OHT or vehicle. After 24 hours, cells were harvested and the expression of FOXO target genes was measured by RT-qPCR or immunoblot, respectively. (A) FOXO3A modulates expression of genes involved in proliferation.
