CD4+ T cells isolated from OTII or OTII/HDAC11KO mice were adoptively transferred into C57BL/6 WT recipients. Two days later, mice were challenged with 100 µg OVA323-339 peptide given IV or vehicle injection. Ten days following challenge, CD4+ T cells were harvested from mice and cocultured with WT splenocytes pulsed with OVA323-339 peptide.
