Detection of a FBXW7 mutation in genomic tumor DNA from DLBCL cells of the cerebrospinal fluid. The p.S688G FBXW7 somatic mutation was detected in the tumor gDNA from DLBCL cells of the cerebrospinal fluid at 0.42% frequency above the background, passing the identification cutoffs established by Bonferroni-corrected probabilities.
