TCR-transduced CD8⁺ T cells demonstrate in vivo antitumor efficacy in model of established MM. Green fluorescent protein (GFP)⁺ U266 MM cells expressing luciferase were allowed to engraft in NSG mice. Mice were intravenously treated with TCR-transduced (TCR-4G11) or mock-transduced (mock) T cells 21 days after tumor injection. (A-B) Tumor growth was monitored by bioluminescence.
