Long-term single-cell quantification of HSC/MPP behavior in complex stroma cocultures for up to 2 weeks. HSCs, early and late MPPs were isolated from B6J;129-Tg(CAG-EYFP)7AC5Nagy/J mice ubiquitously expressing YFP and cocultured with stroma lines differentially supporting HSC maintenance.
